On Nov 7, 2006 I gave Ms Charmine Hiroyo Koda ?????????, UNIC (United Nations Information Center) Tokyo Director my letter.
In Japan from Aug 27, 2006 I'm posting my SOS letter to politicians' homes by my bicycle, not through post office. By Dec 6, 2006, I went to 125 politicians' homes. (No one contacted me.)

But UNIC Tokyo didn't help me although I hear UN accelerates responsiblity to protect. Ms Koda has American father and Japanese mother. I really need her help.
Before Nov 6, 2006 evening I didn't know Ms Charmine Koda ??????? got to be UNIC Tokyo Director in 2005. But I knew She was a famous news announcer and defeated Diet candidate.
On Nov 30, 2006 in Tokyo, Japan I went to the Counseling for Crime Sufferers of Japan's Metropolitan Police Department ????????????. But Police can't help me while Japanese Government doesn't order it.
From Oct 25, 2006 I'm posting my SOS letter to also foreign media's Tokyo offices like UPI, CNN and South Korea's KBS and Korea Federation of Companies in Japan (KOFEC), the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan and many American state Japan offices by my bicycle, not through Japan's post office.
I'm thinking if I can give my letter to US state governmental offices in Tokyo. Embassies in Tokyo have Japan's security polices the obstacles.
I hope foreign agencies inform my message to their embassies for their brave justice and kindness. I believe them more than Japanese politicians. But they also are mind-controlled by Toshiba Corp in Japan ?

I need to be a refugee from Japan to America, South Korea, France, Germany or a humanist country. Because I have been a Mind-Control Victim by Toshiba Corp since 1997 in my unconsciousness and since Dec 1, 1999 in my consciousness and I have asked Japanese Government persons to help since Mar 2003.

If I knew technology "Microwave Mind-control" is common sense for most intellectual people before Dec 2004, I would have gone to America. But now, after Dec 2004, I live my life on father's money.

- My important thing ; On Sep 21, 2006 I found book "?? ?????????" (1995) at a secondhand book shop.
On the book medical Dr Shingo Takahashi ????, an assistant professor of the Medical Department of Toho University ??????? and specialist of psychiatry, simply says microwave can mind-control and abuse people. -

On Nov 9, 2006 I went to Toho Univ Hospital ?????? but I couldn't give Dr Shingo Takahashi ???? my letter. I was shocked very much.
The Japanese persons whom I want to meet are only Dr Shingo Takahashi ????, the author of book "?? ?????????" and the Neuropsychiatry specialist and Mr Yoshihiro Katayama ????, Tottori Governor ????? and anti-Toshiba good person.
On Nov 9 and 10, 2006 I called the Psychiatry Section, Toho Univ Hospital ????????? but a woman or 2 women said "Dr Shingo Takahashi resigned Toho Univ in Aug 2005 and we don't know where he is.".
It's unnatural that they don't know where he is. He really isn't there ?
If he really isn't there, I care Shingo Takahashi spoke very much about microwave mind-control and like me he was/is purged by Toshiba Corp or someone crazy.
If he is there, 2 telephone women were 2 Toshiba's telephone line-jackers. I suspected the same thing when on Aug 14, 2006 I called South Korea's Mindan ????. A Mindan person said in clear Japanese he can't contact South Korean National Assembly members but Mindan office was in South Korean Embassy in Tokyo.
I couldn't give my letter to Mr Yoshihiro Katayama at a town meeting of Suginami-ku, Tokyo ?????? on Nov 12, 2006. (The town meeting featured Tottori Governor Yoshihiro Katayama ?????????, Suginami Mayor Hiroshi Yamada ??????? and Yokohama Mayor Hiroshi Nakada ???????.) But I went to Suginami Mayor Hiroshi Yamada ???????'s home and posted my letter for Mr Katayama on Nov 13, 2006.

My parents reserved hotel Iseya ??? near Izaka spa ???? of Fukushima-pref ??? of old father's friend Yamaki ?? on Nov 10, 2006. My father said he wants to 1 or 2 days trip from Jan 1, 2007. I very terribly hate it. I suspect Yamaki ?? in dummy name is a crazy Toshiba criminal and hotel Iseya is a Toshiba's hotel. Before 2006, 3 or more times, I dreamed of Toshiba's hotel. And this tour isn't free. Also in 2001, against humanity, Toshiba Corp, the criminal, took my parents, the crime sufferer's parents, to their tour.
Soon after my uncle, Toshiba's mind-controlled speaker, called me, Yamaki called my father at 10:00 PM on Nov 10, 2006. The crazy Toshiba-Ogikai ???? leader old man, maybe Tomohiro Takahashi ????, was there.
My father, 69, fell sick for Toshiba Corp's mind-control-abuse on Nov 9, 2006 as I did in 1999. And he went to an ophthalmic hospital and was labeled 'cataract'. He was labeled 'diabetes' in Sep 2005. I believe Toshiba Corp and Nishida Atsutoshi ????, the Toshiba-Ogikai ???? leader, labeled him all but I care the rogue makes father's cataract in fact by laser beam. Or I think Toshiba crazy Shigeru Nakamoto ???, in dummy name, are selling his industrial rack to the ophthalmic hospital using my father.
The crazy Toshiba group interrupted my father's sleep at 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM also everyday from last week. They do it to me since Apr 1999. They watch me now.
At 19:30 on Nov 14, 2006 my father said again to me "You don't e-mail against Toshiba Corp because my father's small company ????? got more business from Toshiba Corp." My father feels nothing about serious Infringement of my Human Rights from Toshiba Corp the Rogue. The crazy old Toshiba men, maybe Toshihiro Sawaoka ???? and Shigeru Ootsuka ??? or Tetsu Ooishi ??? Yoshiaki Nishimoto ???? and Nanba ??, are there now this week.

On Nov 15, 2006 I found the Yumi Shigemitsu - Toshiba trial case, http://homepage2.nifty.com/tsbrousai/ and http://kaitsbrousai.web.fc2.com. I watched the news without her name on newspaper before.
Ms Yumi Shigemitsu ???? says she, Toshiba (R&D?) employee in Toshiba Fukaya Factory ??????, got to be a depressive and went to a mental hospital from Apr 2001.
She says her co-workers "O" and "K" committed suiside on Jul 7, 2001 and on a day of Dec 2001.
Toshiba Corp really killed them as the mind-control terrorism before me ?
And she said Toshiba (Labor) Union didn't support her like Toshiba Corp's side against humanity therefore she asked any Women's Union Tokyo ???????? to help. She also means Toshiba (Labor) Union is the same as Toshiba Group General Affairs Divisions or Toshiba-Ogikai ????.

Rogues Toshiba Corp and North Korea administration should die together, therefore the best scenario to the World Peace is that the both war.
American people should recall and care Toshiba President Atsutoshi Nishida ???? has an Iranian wife for Toshiba's Iran business. Naturally, Toshiba Corp can have supported Iran for Iranian nuke using many dummies.

Greatly, on Nov 7, 2006 Rep Duncan Hunter won his election. (I don't say a Democrat challenger isn't good.) And I wrongly cared also US Sen Richard Shelby.
Greatly, on Nov 8, 2006 President Bush decided he changes Donald Rumsfeld. But I think Mr Rumsfeld was the real America's dictator using Toshiba Corp's mind-control. Mr Donald Rumsfeld, Chairman of General Instrument Corp, selected Toshiba Corp for America's ATSC system against US National Security. And I really hope new Secretary of Defense (Robert Gates) hates Toshiba Corp, the World No. 1 terrorist for money.
