Apologies for not blogging in a while. Among other things, I went for a post-New Year's walk (hike) along the North Downs Way with two friends, David and Ian. Two days and 27 miles, from Farnham to Box Hill. Beautiful scenery, including a hilltop church, St. Martha's on St. Martha's Hill.

We had a pub dinner and a grand fry-up (as they call the classic English breakfast) the next morning at the bed-and-breakfast we stayed at.

We had a nice Christmas, too. More later.
